Lack Of Sleep

Lack of sleep is a hidden health epidemic that has serious consequences for our health. Sleeping properly boosts your immune system so you’re more likely to get sick if you aren’t getting enough hours in every night, which is obviously going to cause a lot of productivity issues around the office. Another problem caused by lack of sleep is tiredness, of course. This is going to lead to carelessness and you’ll be more likely to make mistakes at work. Getting home late also makes it a lot harder for people to cook proper meals because they don’t have the time. That means you’re more likely to eat ready meals and snacks that are packed full of fat and salt. It’s also very difficult to keep up with a regular exercise routine when you don’t have that much free time on your hands.
